Discovery call.
We'll talk through your clinic, your services, and what you need the site to do. After the call I'll send you a short form to fill in your content and details at your own pace.

I'll design the homepage first so you can see the direction before anything gets built. Once you're happy with it, I move on to the rest of the site.

I build the full site, connect your domain, set up hosting and analytics, and get it live. Your site is submitted to Google on launch day so it starts getting indexed straight away.

Frequently asked questions.
1. How long does a website build take?
Most sites are live within four weeks. The timeline depends mainly on how quickly we settle on a design direction and how fast content comes back to me, but I'll give you a clear estimate before we start.
2. How much of my time will this take?
Very little. The main thing I'll need from you is your content: services, team bios, and photos. Good photos make a significant difference to how a clinic site performs, so it's worth having them ready or getting them taken before we start. Everything else I handle.
3. What if I need changes after the site goes live?
Ongoing edits are included in the monthly plan. New staff member, updated services, a change to your opening hours... just send me a message and I'll take care of it. If you're on the one-off plan, minor tweaks are covered in the first 30 days, and anything beyond that is billed at a straightforward hourly rate.
4. What happens if I want to leave the monthly plan?
If you need to cancel within the minimum period you can, but you'd lose access to the site. After 18 months, it's month to month, and you can cancel or downgrade to a hosting-only package. The plan is structured to keep the barrier low for clinics watching their margins, with no upfront costs and the build spread across the subscription instead.
5. What if I already have a website?
That's fine. I'll review what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth updating or replacing. Sometimes a local SEO campaign or Google Ads is all you need to start bringing in more patients, and I can help with that too.
6. Do you work with businesses that aren't clinics?
